Shipping & Return Policy

At JSUKI Jewelry, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers.

Please take a moment to double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Time:

Please allow between 2 and 7 business days for us to prepare your order. After that, delivery times will vary depending on your location. While we always aim to deliver your items on time, delays can sometimes happen due to holidays, customs, or other unexpected events. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.

Shipping Address:

Be sure to double check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Once your package has been sent, we are not able to change the address or resend it. 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery:

  • United States: Free shipping, 2 to 7 business days

  • All Other Countries: $13 USD, 10 to 21 business days


International Customs and Taxes:

If you are placing an order from outside the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the laws of your country. These charges are not determined by JSUKI and are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees are not paid, the package will be returned to us and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

At JSUKI Jewelry, we want you to love your new piece. But if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from exchanges — we’ll let you know during the process if that applies.

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at sales@jsuki.com with your order number and a brief message. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with the next steps.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We want to make things right as quickly as possible.

To help us resolve the issue effectively, please send us photos or videos of the item you received. Our team carefully inspects and checks each package before shipping to ensure everything is accurate and in perfect condition.

Cancels

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, your order will already be in progress and cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, such as adjusting a size or switching a product, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a ten percent restocking fee. This fee helps cover the materials and time already dedicated to preparing your order, and it is not negotiable.
