Warranty Policy
At JSUKI, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
We offer a free 180 day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as loose stones, broken bands, or faulty clasps. If you experience an issue within this period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear over time. Loss, theft, and tarnishing due to exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals are also not covered.
To request a warranty claim, please email us at sales@jsuki.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your claim and let you know the next steps.
