  1. Cut a piece of paper and wrap it around your finger. Be careful not to wrap it too tight or loose. Aim for a comfortable fit.
  2. You can have someone else help you for an accurate measurement.
  3. Mark where the paper meets.
  4. Measure the distance with a ruler. Make sure to convert measurements to millimeter. 

Tips

  • Measure your fingers towards the end of the day when they're at their largest.
  • Cold temperature can shrink your fingers up to half a size, so make sure they’re warm.
  • Alcohol and salt can make your fingers swell, so refrain from measuring them after consumption.
