Shipping & Return Policy
At JSUKI, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes the order tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your designated address.
Please allow 2-7 days for us to process your order. Following the processing period, the estimated delivery time will depend on your address. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. It is extremely important to ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Once packages are sent out, we are unable to resend them, so please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Customs & Taxes (International Orders)
Any orders placed outside of the USA may be subject to custom fees based on your country. These fees are based on the country's laws and do not associate with our business. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees and if the buyer refuse to pay these fees, the package will be returned to us.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. Please note we do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Returns/Exchanges
Please be advised that we usually do not accept returns. However, in some cases if we do accept returns, there will be a restock fee of 10% and we are not responsible for shipping fees. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept a return, no matter the circumstance. We strictly do not accept exchanges due to sanitary reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience. To start a return, please send us an email at sales@jsuki.com with your order number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To assist us in evaluating your situation and find an appropriate solution, kindly provide us with photos and/or videos for reference. This will enable us to assess the matter more effectively. We take extra care to thoroughly check your package, often performing multiple checks, to ensure that all the products are in the package and in perfect condition. If your package is damaged during the shipment process, we kindly request that you file a claim with USPS. This will help initiate the necessary steps to address the issue and seek appropriate compensation for the damage incurred.

Address & Lost Packages
Please double check to make sure you provide the correct address. We will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. However, if our system does not recognize the address you have provided, we will send you an email to confirm if the address is correct or not.
Once your package is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays or packages that get lost or stolen. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we can work out a solution.
Cancels
Please be advised that cancels will be subject to a 10% restock fee. This deduction is not negotiable.
Orders can ONLY be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order can no longer be cancelled. This is because we have already started working on your jewelry order. However, if you need a size change or product exchange, we may be able to do so. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible!
